TERMS: A 20% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. a 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your wedding date. Final payment is due at reception end. We must receive pictures before wedding date on 2 camera white rose to be included. 3 camera packages includes honeymoon pictures which must be received within 3 weeks after your wedding. Edit process is approx.12 weeks. Cancellation notice must be given 60 days before wedding date. Deposit will be forfeited unless we can secure another wedding on that date. If another wedding is secured on that date your deposit will be returned, along with any monthly payments you have made. All edits are final. Please provide us with at least 5 - 7 music selections that you would like on your edited tape. These must be provided to us on CD format, otherwise your edit cannot be put into the schedule..If for reasons beyond our control we do not arrive at your event due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic accidents, freeway closures,sudden illness or matters of this nature) all of your deposits will be completely refunded to you. We reserve the right to use any footage for demonstration purposes for future video sales. Defective dvd disks must be returned within 10 days of receiving them for replacement or refund.Your dvd player must be able to play a dvd-r disks. Some older players may not play your dvd-r disc properly. Videographers must be supplied a meal.

If using American Express an Invoice will be sent by email from PayPal where you can make payments easily and safely online.

Monthly credit card payment (20% down 1st payment) leading up to the month of your wedding

Tri payment plan (20% down 1st payment ) payments thereafter 50% of balance billed 30 days before your wedding. Remaining balance billed after your reception the day of your wedding or you can pay before reception date.
